As per amended Coop By-Laws, the coop Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) is conducted every first Saturday after Holy Week of every year. This year the coop will hold its 39th AGMA on April 7, 2018 in two (2) separate venues at Carmen Cultural and Sports Center, Poblacion, Carmen and at Calape Cultural and Sports Center, Desamparados, Calape.
The Board during their meeting decided to hold the 39th AGMA in two separate venues to encourage member-consumer-owners to attend and to attain the required percent attendance of more than 5% of the total membership as per NEA Memo.
CEBECO III General Manager and Central Visayas Electric Cooperatives Association (CEVECA) President Virgilio C. Fortich, Jr. is the Guest Speaker of this year’s AGMA in lieu of Fr. Francisco G. Silva who cannot come due to his hectic schedules. GM Jomoy as commonly known by friends is the son of Engr. Virgilio C. Fortich, Sr., the former Assistant General Manager of BOHECO I and now the Vice-Mayor of the municipality of Tubigon. GM Jomoy spoke before a crowd of almost 15,000 member-consumer-owners through videoconferencing.
